Job Description:
We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in building materials or lighting products. This is a field-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients solving real-world problems and driving revenue growth through authentic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our customer base of contractors builders distributors and electricians
  • Present products respond to project requirements and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on all leads and orders
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams
  • Represent the company at industry expos trade shows and local events
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of B2B sales experience in lighting hardware or construction materials
  • Existing network of contractor or builder relationships preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel frequently
  • Multilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) a plus
