Job Highlights

Job Description:
We are hiring a B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in building materials or lighting products. This is a field-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients solving real-world problems and driving revenue growth through authentic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand our customer base of contractors builders distributors and electricians
- Present products respond to project requirements and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on all leads and orders
- Provide product feedback to internal teams
- Represent the company at industry expos trade shows and local events
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in lighting hardware or construction materials
- Existing network of contractor or builder relationships preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel frequently
- Multilingual (Mandarin or Spanish) a plus
