Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated English and SST Teacher for our locations in Nellore and Tirupati. The position is full-time and junior-level suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of students in a supportive and esteemed educational environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in English and Social Studies at the relevant level is required.
- A degree in Bachelor of Education is mandatory to be considered for this teaching role in our institution.
- Proficient in classroom management to create a respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Skilled in lesson planning to design engaging effective curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools to enhance student learning and engagement in a technologically forward classroom.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey subject matter and engage with students parents and colleagues.
- Social teacher (Mandatory skill) and english teacher (Mandatory skill) qualifications are crucial for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support educational goals and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans for English and Social Studies classes that meet state and school-based curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly providing constructive feedback to support their educational growth.
- Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and technologies to address diverse learning needs and styles among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance behavior and educational strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and enhance subject matter knowledge.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to align teaching methods and share best practices for classroom success.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and other required documentation as per school policies.
