We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join DCIs team and lead our integration initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership overseeing the design implementation and ongoing management of both internal application integrations and external-facing connections including EDI APIs and third-party systems.
Hybrid position in office 3 days a week between Monday and Thursday.
Office is located in the Channelside area of Tampa FL. Only candidates in the Tampa Bay area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Integration Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing regular updates on project status and managing expectations effectively
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all system integrations ensuring reliability performance and security
- Manage data flows and communication between internal systems
- Lead external integration projects including EDI implementations API connections and third-party service integrations
- Monitor integration performance troubleshoot issues and implement optimization strategies
- Develop and maintain integration documentation standards and best practices
Team Leadership
- Coordinate project assignments and integration team allocation
- Foster collaboration between the integrations team and other business units
Strategic Planning
- Evaluate new integration technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives
- Develop integration roadmaps and participate in enterprise architecture planning
- Assess vendor solutions and manage relationships with integration platform providers
- Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and regulatory requirements
Project Management
- Lead complex integration projects from conception through deployment
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specifications
- Manage project timelines and deliverables
- Communicate project status and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 5 years of experience in system integrations
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level integration projects and team leadership
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Microsoft BizTalk)
- Proficiency in API design and management
- In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (X12 EDIFACT AS2 SFTP)
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Understanding of enterprise service bus (ESB) architectures
- Familiarity with cloud integration services (AWS Azure GCP)
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent project management skills with experience using project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Effective communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in relevant field
- Industry certifications in integration platforms or project management (PMP Scrum Master)
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project)
