We are a family-owned full-service auto repair shop and we are looking for a motivated and reliable Diesel Mechanic to join our team! If youre passionate about diesel mechanics and looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values quality work and a tight-knit team we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks buses and other motor vehicles
- Specialize in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes filters and fluids
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components and identify issues
- Conduct thorough quality inspections before returning vehicles to customers
- Maintain a clean safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Must be local to the Marathon FL area
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to operate all auto repair tools and equipment
- Experience with heavy-duty parts and systems
- Valid drivers license
This is a full-time position with a 90-day probationary period.
