Develops spiritual assessments and coordinates the provision of spiritual care across Johns Hopkins. Works as a critical department member taking the lead in various duties and services and supports the CPE program as a clinical mentor.
Education:
Work requires the knowledge of theories principles and concepts typically acquired through completing a Master of Divinity degree accredited by the Association of Theological Schools and a minimum of 4 units of ACPE-accredited CPE training.
Work Experience:
Requires at least one year of professional spiritual ministry in a clinical setting
Licensure/Certification:
Requires current ordination and endorsement for specialized ministry from a nationally recognized religious community.
Requires completion of pre-requisites for certification as a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains or an equivalent national professional Chaplains organization.

Salary Range: Minimum$23.00/hour - Maximum$37.97/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
