A bit about the role
Were looking for a dedicated professional to play a key role in our business support function within Glasgow Gen R 8 Housing Service. As an Administrative Officer youll be at the core of our operations ensuring the smooth running of our Support services.
In this role youll provide essential administrative support to both the Support Services and the management team. Your responsibilities will be diverse ranging from paperwork and data management to coordinating meetings and handling inquiries. Youll take ownership of your tasks with confidence ensuring precision in every aspect of your work.
A crucial part of this role involves managing and recording the Petty Cash and Online Receipting of the Service PCard Holders a task which requires attention to detail and accuracy. Youll also work with both internal and external stakeholders. Professionalism and confidentiality are vital especially when managing financial records. Youll be responsible for various administrative functions including collaboration correspondence research support report production and data management.
