Temporary Science Teacher
August 26 2025-October 17 2025
An opportunity exists for a dynamic caring and dedicated educator in the role of Math/Science Teacher at Crescent Heights High School. This educator will value:a strong focus on continual learning growth and excellence. This individual will value and have knowledge of Middle School and High School Redesign philosophy/practice and will also be a positive team player who is collaborative. A student-centered paradigm progressive assessment practices knowledge and commitment to the Collaborative Response Model are traits this educator will need to demonstrate. A commitment to extra-curricular activities/coaching would be an asset. CHHS also offers a French Immersion program some background in French though not required would be an asset. The successful candidate must be aligned with the values and vision ofCHHS and Medicine Hat School District No. 76.
Crescent Heights High School has a student population of approximately 1100 students in Grades 7-12 and is located in the North Central area of the city. The CHHS learning community benefits from offering French Immersion and Middle School programming among many other student opportunities. CHHSs mission is Dedicated to Learning Committed to Community and is dedicated to preparing students for happy and successful lives as ethical citizens and engaged thinkers.
