Job Purpose
Reporting to the Medical Operations Manager the Customer Service Lead will be responsible for the day to day medical channel operations while providing an outstanding patient experience and assisting with other medical domestic related tasks.
Responsibilities
Be fluent in Northern Green Canadas (NGC) product line understanding what sets NGC apart from the competition
Have an understanding of cannabinoids effects and how to direct patients from a place of compliance and care
Continue to expand knowledge on products and ongoing research in cannabis
Provide efficient and prompt service to patients
Develop and maintain cordial working relationship with practitioners and patients to ensure our reputation as a leading medical channel is upheld
Process complaints and issues with products and or services
Patient registration and aggregation
Assist in development of patient communication strategy (new product launches education materials etc.)
Ongoing review of website and store content for accuracy and compliance
Maintain patient database on ample
Fulfillment of medical orders
Organize and track medical inventory
Set-up courier shipments and pick ups
Maintain patient confidentiality
Work in line with company policies and regulations when carrying out sales and service operations;
Provide periodic reports;
Other duties as required.
