BURNCOis currently hiring an Admin Coordinator for our Ready-Mixoperations inFort McMurry Alberta. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be providing day-to-day admin support as well as general office duties.

What You Will Be Doing
- Complete and distribute purchase orders and invoices for payment.
- Follow up calls to Vendors and Customers for purchase order tracing.
- Contact customers for outstanding invoices.
- Prepare employee expense reports.
- Payroll duties.
- Answer phones.
- Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports.
- Maintain inventory of office/safety supplies and order supplies as required.
- Filing as required.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What We Need from You

- Experience working with concrete is an asset.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional conflict resolution negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate including effective working skills of MS Word Excel and Outlook.
