National Grid is hiring a Principal Product Manager to join our Advanced Metering Team based in Waltham MA.

The Principal Product Manager Advanced Metering Infrastructure will be responsible for driving the development of products and services that ensure changes are made as needed to support the project roadmap deliverables into operational use.
Collaborate with product owners/leads on Agile delivery teams to develop and execute product delivery strategies
Define and prioritize product epics features and other requirements across multiple Scrum Teams
Work with product teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
Manage program/product timelines and roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
Support Program Increment planning efforts across product teams providing clarification and definition of objectives
BS/BA degree required
8 years of experience in product or program management required
2 years of product or program management in a utility preferred
Experience with JIRA/JIRA Align Agile PMP certifications preferred
Experience in strategic leadership IT infrastructure analytics and outsourcing management required
Proven experience articulating complex ideas and influencing in a matrix environment required
Valid drivers license required
Salary
$141000. - $166000. a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
