Responsibilities
Conduct legal research
Provide legal counsel in coordination with senior colleagues
Negotiate on behalf of clients
Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Maintain litigation files
Prepare legal documents motions and pleadings
Conduct depositions arbitrations and trials
Supervise paralegals and support staff
