Job Description

- Handle all aspects of insurance defense matters (auto slip and fall construction products liability and property damage matters) up to and through trial including discovery court appearances depositions/examinations under oath expert issues and client management;
- Communicate with clients experts witnesses to prepare for and complete trial testimony;
- Drafting pleadings briefs motions discovery required client reports;
- Render opinions on liability damages and case value; and
- Appear before courts and arbitrators/mediators.
- JD from an accredited law school ;
- Admitted to NJ Bar;
- Must have completed at least five (5) civil trials;
- 5 years previous experience in litigation with trial experience;
- Experience with insurance defense slip and falls and construction litigation matters;
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced team-oriented environment;
- Exceptional writing and communication skills;
- Computer proficiency;
- Ability to maintain/enter billable time;
- Ability to prioritize assignments reporting deadlines and case load with trial schedule; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
