Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow
- Manage and train staff fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service cleanliness and food quality
- Handle scheduling inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health safety and company policies
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role (fast food experience preferred)
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
