Som Teknisk specialistljare mot bygg- & infraprojekt kommer du att ha en varierad roll som kombinerar tekniskt och kommersiellt ansvar. Du tar garskap fr att utveckla frsljningen genom uppskande bearbetning hos entreprenrer byggfretag projektutvecklare och infrautvecklare med srskilt fokus p strre projekt. Din mentala instllning r Get stuff done och du kommer att ha ett nra samarbete med bde kunder och vr tekniska avdelning fr att skerstlla att vra produkter och lsningar mter kundernas behov genom hela projektfasen.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
- Aktivt utveckla och bearbeta kundportfljen i stra Sverige och utvalda projekt i Norrland.
- Arbeta nra bde kunder och det freskrivande ledet fr att skerstlla att vra produkter specificeras tidigt i projektet.
- Ge teknisk rdgivning och produktrekommendationer under design- och projektfasen.
- Ansvara fr offerter prisfrhandlingar och kontraktshantering.
- Hlla regelbunden kontakt med kunder och skerstlla hg kundnjdhet.
- Aktivt anvnda verktyg som CRM och Byggfakta Smart fr att planera och flja upp frsljningen.
- Bidra till fretagets tillvxt genom att frvalta och utveckla lngsiktiga kundrelationer.
Vem vi sker
- Du har ett vl upparbetat kontaktnt inom byggbranschen inklusive entreprenrer byggherrar och konstruktrer.
- Du har ett starkt intresse fr byggteknik och en frmga att kommunicera tekniska lsningar till kunder.
- Du har erfarenhet av frsljning och har arbetat mot strre projekt inom bygg eller infra.
- Du har en teknisk bakgrund inom bygg/infra eller liknande
- Du r sjlvgende strukturerad och har god frmga att ta initiativ.
- Du r mlmedveten och har en stark frhandlingsfrmga fr att skapa resultat.
- Du r flytande i svenska och engelska bde i tal och skrift samt har god datorvana (Excel CRM-system mm).
- Du har krkort (B-behrighet).
