Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Officer to join our team in Mumbai Navi Mumbai Mumbai Suburban and Gujarat region This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in sales particularly in IVD and diagnostic sales. The Sales Officer will engage in lead generation sales presentations and negotiations to drive sales objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on IVD and diagnostic sales and a successful track record in achieving sales targets. Ideally 1-3 years.
- Strong ability to perform engaging and impactful sales presentations to effectively communicate product value and solutions.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies to maximize sales opportunities and close deals.
- Demonstrated capability in lead generation and pipeline development actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written enabling seamless interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting contributing to shared objectives and goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends client needs and sales opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Must be adaptable with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned territories.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing product benefits and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
- Regularly report on sales performance market trends and competitor activities to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments product innovations and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
