- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to amplify the voice and success of our creator community.
- Implement social strategies to promote the DMS extension brand partners and creator campaigns.
- Track performance analytics and continuously optimize content for engagement reach and conversion.
- Shooting editing and posting short form videos and reels using tools like CapCut TikTok and Instagram.
- Designing basic visual assets in Canva or Photoshop.
- Working closely with the Creative Director to conceptualize a content strategy that aligns with the DMS brand.
- Running collaborative campaigns and giveaways with creator partners.
30% Administrative & Research Tasks:- Assist with content scheduling community management and responding to DMS/comments.
- Posting regular content across all platforms according to a calendar.
- Monitoring trends and reporting on content creator insights and news.
- Researching valuable resources such as brand partnerships and saving tips for shoppers.

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and create resourceful content with the purpose of growing and nurturing our community. This role sits within the Creative Team and offers the opportunity to help shape the public voice and online presence of DMS during a critical stage of growth.
The ideal candidate will have a true passion for content creation - they will be speaking on camera and posting content of themself on behalf of Do Me a Solid so their enthusiasm about the space should burst through the screen! They will also be comfortable on platforms like Instagram TikTok Twitter/Xand YouTube and have genuine interest in influencer culture and online creator spaces.

Position RequirementsDuring the semester term of the appointment the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
