Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Polisher your main role involves efficiently and thoroughly polishing glassware and silverware to ensure it is spotless and presentable for service. The ideal candidate possesses a guest first attitude strong commitment to service and excellent communication skills. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction be solutions oriented and encourages a hospitality driven environment. Open availability is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Polish all silverware glassware and supplies as needed.
- Restock all polished equipment and supplies in venue.
- Assist the venue team as needed.
- Help organize storages to maintain cleanliness and
- Other maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have availability on weekends and nights.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to stand during entire shift often up to 8 hours with frequent bending squatting and lifting plates boxes and objects up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to work in hot/cold and/or wet areas.
- Dental and Vision insurance with company contribution offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
