Job Description
Were looking for a Sander/Polisher to join our team. In this role youll sand and polish surfaces to create a smooth flawless finish. Your attention to detail and skill with materials will enhance the quality of our products!
What Youll Do:
- Work with sanding tools and other light machinery to smooth and polish materials to match provided product designs.
- Inspect finished products for imperfections or cosmetic defects.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working with tools and machinery.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- Displays a positive can-do attitude and is a team player.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail even in labor-intensive tasks to achieve the highest level of finish quality.
- Lifting standing/walking kneeling bending and arm and shoulder movements with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using various sanding and polishing tools and equipment is a plus.
