The Senior Specialist Sourcing Management develops and administers contract administration policies systems procedures and methods.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. May negotiate contract modifications follow-up quotations revisions terms and conditions with vendors. Responsible for the review and administration of long-term and/or blanket purchase contracts. Responsible for commercial contract issues negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal new business invoicing credit holds receivable issues and consolidations.
Typical responsibilities include: Administers contracts in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and reviews and evaluates customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications cost or schedule impact on the company. Uses skills as a seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues.

Skilled in reading and editing content accurately
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within Supply Chain preferred.
