This position exists to support the processing and customer service functions of the Records Department at Lake Superior College and ensures the timely accurate and secure recording of confidential data of Records information. Processing responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: applications for admission credit and non-credit registrations contracted courses college in the schools (CITS) course builds and registrations post-secondary enrollment option applications (PSEO) credit by exam grade changes course cancellations satisfactory academic progress graduation and petition processing. Customer service functions include: communicating with students regarding Records related issues in person via telephone and email and serving as a resource for colleagues on Records related policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities including assisting with departmental and campus committees and events.

$20.45 - $28.79 Hourly
*Salary placement is dependent on education and experience
