About the Technical Support Specialist position
We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to work with customers to coordinate service and support efforts. This position is a blend of technical support and customer support working with administrators and customers by email chat and phone.
Tech Support responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email chat and phone
- Identify issues and define them clearly
- Provide internal support and troubleshooting to customer success and implementation teams
Tech Support requirements include:
Skills:
- Technical abilities: familiarity with software and ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Customer service skills: outstanding interpersonal skills to serve our customers
- Communication skills: proficient written and verbal communication
- Problem solving: strong ability to identify and solve problems
Experience:
- Technical college or education is preferred
- Prior experience with Intercom or comparable ticketing systems is preferred
- Prior technical support experience in a Saas environment is preferred
