Drive Legal Excellence in Crypto & Entertainment
Looking to build your legal career in one of the most exciting and fast-moving industries Join us as Legal Counsel where youll support Stake (the worlds largest crypto casino) and KICK (our global live-streaming platform). Youll collaborate with a high-performing team of Legal Counsels and Senior Legal Counsels on meaningful work across multiple jurisdictions navigating cutting-edge legal and regulatory challenges in crypto entertainment and tech.
Your Role
As Legal Counsel youll:
Draft review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
Advise on corporate and commercial matters helping balance legal risk with business goals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and legal team members to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Support risk management and contribute to strategic legal thinking.
Gain exposure to emerging legal issues in global markets where regulation is still developing.
About You
Youre likely:
2-4 years PQE with at least 1 year in private practice (corporate or commercial focus).
Confident in drafting and negotiating contracts with strong attention to legal and commercial detail.
Proactive and adaptable comfortable operating in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
Curious about crypto streaming or gaming and excited by where law intersects with innovation.
A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative cross-functional environments.
