Join us as a Legal Counsel and be our SME on all things Intellectual this role youll supportStake the worlds largest crypto casino and KICK the global live-streaming platform. Youll work alongside a high-performing team of Legal Counsels and Senior Legal Counsels advising on complex IP matters and navigating cutting-edge legal and regulatory challenges across crypto entertainment and tech sectors in multiple jurisdictions.

Your Role
As Legal Counsel youll:

• Draft review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.

• Advise on corporate and commercial matters helping balance legal risk with business goals.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and legal team members to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

• Support risk management and contribute to strategic legal thinking.

• Gain exposure to emerging legal issues in global markets where regulation is still developing.

About You
Youre likely:

• Specialising in Intellectual Property law

• Confident in drafting and negotiating contracts with strong attention to legal and commercial detail.

• Proactive and adaptable comfortable operating in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.

• Curious about crypto streaming or gaming and excited by where law intersects with innovation.

• A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative cross-functional environments.
