We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Lodge Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. This role involves assisting in menu planning overseeing food preparation managing kitchen staff and ensuring the highest culinary standards. The Sous Chef will act as the kitchen leader in the absence of the Lodge Chef and play a key role in maintaining financial goals health and safety regulations and an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
