Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for all types of Plant maintenance related works and documentation related to the department.

Responsibilities

1 Attend all types of breakdowns and Repair broken or faulty machine parts.

2 In-house machine parts repairing work like welding Cutting drilling etc.

3 Conduct preventive maintenance of machines as per PM checklist.

4 Conduct CLTI and Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual) if any abnormalities were found solve it and inform to your seniors.

5 Handling assigned work orders and perform routine maintenance tasks (inspections oil changes meter readings etc.)

6 Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with.

7 Try to find out root cause of the problems and think for the kaizens to solve permanently.

8 Consult to your seniors in case of big issues and follow their instructions.


Requirements

Education ITI Fitter / Diploma in mechanical work experience 2 -3 years of experience in manufacturing industry maintenance. Knowledge Should know welding Drilling cutting and machine repairing works Knowledge about hydraulic /Pneumatic system Pump repairing Plumbing work knowledge about gears and mechanical spares. Basic electrical maintenance knowledge Professional Skill Repair and maintenance.
