Were on the lookout for an experienced Digger Fitter to join our Force Field Maintenance Team on a 2 and 2 roster based in the goldfields. Step into a hands-on role where youll tackle weekly shutdowns planned maintenance and breakdowns. This is your chance to show off your skills and make an impact where you will be valued for your skills and experience and thrive on this equipment.
The Offer:
- Pay Rates -$80 per hour with holidays or $90 12% Super on all hours
- FIFO To WA from all major cities
- DIDO Local residents of Kalgoorlie
- 2/2 Rotating Roster: Perth Based Kalgoorlie or Major Cities
- 7/7 Rotating Roster: Perth or Kalgoorlie Based
- Interstate Travel - Hotel and Flights provided
- 190 Hours Paid Annual Leave At the full hourly rate
- Pay Cycle - Fortnightly
- $5K Refer-a-Mate Bonus for Trade roles only
- Extra Shift Incentive: For hours worked outside your 2/2 roster

What is your day-to-day going to look like
- Fleet Maintenance: Breakdown support planned maintenance and servicing.
- Liebherr 9150 - 9400
- Hitachi EX5500
- CAT 6060
- Komatsu PC8000
- Quality Control: Ensure repairs meet company guidelines and cost targets.
- Collaborate: Work with Force customers to achieve company goals.
What are you bringing to the table
- Australian Working Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Trade Certificate: Australian recognised qualification in Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant
- Mine Site Exposure: Experience with large heavy plant equipment
- Safety Awareness: Coal mining safety and ability to pass a Coal Board Medical
- Drivers Licence: Current Australian licence (mandatory)
- Tickets: Working at Heights EWP Forklift (highly regarded)
