Accounting Clerk
Location: Oakville Nissan / Oakville INFINITI Prestige Auto Group Ontario
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Controller
Experience Level: 2 years preferred
Prestige Auto Group Ontario representing Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI is seeking a detail-driven motivated Accounting Clerk to join our high-performing dealership team. What Youll Be Responsible For:
Maintain accurate accounting records and posting of invoices
Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
Stock new and used vehicles into inventory systems
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and key balance sheet items
Ensure all vehicle sales are accurately posted in the accounting system
Submit manufacturer and factory incentive applications as needed
Process remittances for warranties insurance products and aftermarket items
Maintain and review accounting schedules for clarity and accuracy
Support the administration team and assist with other duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
College Diploma in Accounting Business Administration or a related field
2 years of accounting experience preferred
Automotive dealership experience is a strong asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
Experience with CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or One-Eighty is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who is adaptable detail-focused and thrives under deadlines
Bilingualism is considered an asset but not required
