- Be the friendly voice answering incoming calls and helping customers with their needs
- Follow up quickly on missed calls and emails
- Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way
- Schedule appointments and keep our calendar running smoothly
- Dispatch service calls to our skilled field technicians
- Keep the office organized and assist with general tasks and special projects
- Previous dispatch experience is required seriously this ones non-negotiable. Resumes without this will not be considered.
- A communication and multitasking skills
- 50 WPM typing speed (fast and accurate is the name of the game!)
- Proficiency in Mac applications
- Sales experience and plumbing knowledge are a big bonus
- Experience with Service Titan is a MAJOR plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Even better (but not required)!
- Working weekends is a must
- A strong desire to learn grow and support the team
- Competitive pay: $25$35/hour (based on experience)
