We are seeking an Operation Leader for our EMS Service Center in Orange TX that is a self-motivated person who possesses strong leadership people and management skills. The role includes overseeing job execution customer contact employee development and ensuring compliance with SEMS procedures safety and quality. This position reports to the Service Center Manager and works closely with Sales and Purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work scopes and time estimates ensuring efficient job execution.
- Maintain direct customer contact and address needs.
- Provide technical coaching and problem-solving support to craftsmen.
- Ensure adherence to SEMS procedures OEM and customer specifications.
- Manage resources quality and safety on the shop floor.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide employee coaching.
- Ensure craftsmen have necessary resources for safe and efficient work.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Electro-Mechanical repair experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Available for 10-hour workdays (Mon-Fri) with weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
