Were Hiring: Client Service Operator (Printing Copying & Scanning Assistant) Afternoon Shift

TIMG Sydney is looking for a Client Service Operator (Printing Copying & Scanning Assistant) to join our fast-paced and supportive team in the Sydney CBD.

  • Monday to Friday 1:00 PM 9:00 PM

About the Role

As a Client Service Operator youll play a vital role in delivering fast accurate printing copying and scanning services to our legal industry clients. Youll be based in the heart of Sydneys CBD working closely with a supportive Bureau team in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting and following client instructions with care
  • Completing photocopying printing and scanning jobs to high standards
  • Managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all work
  • Managing client requests through JOTA
  • Review the clients instructions ensuring they are understood whilst clarifying any uncertainties and special instructions
  • Using knowledge and experience determine subjective decisions. If unsure contact the clients to clarify instructions

  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office and email systems
