Business Development/Sales/Marketing Representative Specialist
If you are a self-motivated goal-oriented sales professional who is looking for a position that is both financially and personally rewarding then Rising Star Home Care Services is the organization for you! We have rapidly built a reputation for providing the best in experienced reliable compassionate and affordable non-medical senior care services and we are expanding our market area.

In this role you will educate the general community about the services and value of Rising Star Home Care Services and build personal relationships with those seniors and their families seeking home care assistance. You will act as their guide through a process that is often new and that can sometimes be complex and confusing.

You will be involved in all aspects of sales and marketing for the community to include prospecting networking sales advertising public relations and community events not to mention building strong relationships with health providers and the surrounding community. Communication is the key in any new relationship and our team assures that all expectations are met or exceeded in order to allow seniors to live in the comfort safety and familiarity of home.

Job Responsibilities

Organize a territory of leads to provide maximum value
Generate leads via data-driven sales prospecting via telephone and outside sales
Educate healthcare providers about our product while building value with key decision-makers
Cultivate long-term relationships with community partners and other referral sources
Meet monthly sales goals via interactions with new and existing referral sources
Manage the consistent ongoing presence of sales messaging throughout your territory
Participate in outreach programs and events within the community to raise awarenessand preference for products and services

Qualifications

Health care experience preferred but not required
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Should be motivated friendly and outgoing
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently to manage accounts and drive revenue
Healthcare sales experience is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and smartphone required

Training and Compensation

Basic wage plus gross commission per sale
Comprehensive onboarding and sales training offered
Unlimited earning potential
Quarterly bonus programs
