Location: Hornell NY Beautiful Finger Lakes Region

What Youll Do Key Responsibilities
Perform communication screenings and in-depth evaluations as needed.
Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans of care.
Conduct audiometric screenings and coordinate further audiology referrals.
Maintain thorough documentation including evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care goals.
Participate in resident care planning meetings and provide input for family/resident reviews.
Uphold residents rights with kindness and respect.
Assist with in-service training and policy review related to speech-language services.
Comply with safety and compliance standards while contributing to a positive facility culture.
What Were Looking For Qualifications
Masters Degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
New York State Speech-Language Pathology license required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
