Description

SPEECHCOM INC is seeking full-time California-Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to serve a school district in Santa Ana CA.


Rate of Pay: $60-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time


Details:

  • Assignments begin on August 11 2025 and will run through the end of December with a possibility of extending through the end of the 25/26 school year
  • Various Caseloads (Pre K through 8th grade caseloads/DHH elementary school)

Requirements

Demonstrate Proficiency in the following areas:

  • Verbal Communication: Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in conversation and meetings.
  • Written Communication: Strong writing skills for emails assessment reports and other documentation.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team parents and support shared goals.
  • Computer Use: Comfortable using standard office software email and familiarity with online software relevant to the role (IEPs medical billing etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive dynamic speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Provide speech therapy sessions focusing on improving communication skills and/or articulation
  • Collaborate with educators and service providers if appropriate to support intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology and relevant district updates.

Education and Experience:

Masters degree in speech pathology required.

CA state-issued license as a speech pathologist required.

$60.00 - $70.00 / hour
