Responsibilities
- Answers Collision Centerphones
- Greets and receives customers
- Works cooperatively with the Estimators
- Updates CCC one and ARMS Enterprise
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Cashier customers taking payments via cash check or credit card.
- Assists in scheduling and confirmingappointments
- Participates in customer satisfaction process
- Participates in customer retention process.
- Performing other duties assigned by the CollisionManager.
Qualifications
- previous automotive Collision experience preferred
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environmentwith limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
