Paralegal Civil Litigation Remote (Based in Florida)

About Us
Astor Simovitch Law is a growing mission-driven civil litigation firm that helps families navigate the legal system to get their loved ones into treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders. Our work is high-impact and life-changing and we are looking for a compassionate and highly organized Paralegal to join our remote team.
What Youll Do
As a key team member you will:
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients experts and professionals.
- Track deadlines and manage case timelines using digital tools.
- Draft pleadings motions legal forms reports letters and indexes.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and managing caseloads.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Clio and other legal tech platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of law firm experience including at least 2 years in civil litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida courts and e-filing.
- Excellent attention to detail organization and time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe Zoom and Clio (Grow Manage).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
