Job Description
Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling adventure as a Direct Support Professional in our vibrant Day Program With convenient locations in White Bear Lake and Oakdale this DSP position will allow you to shine as a caregiver! Picture yourself making a meaningful impact while earning a fantastic $18.50 per hour.

Our Full-Time DSPs work 33 hours per week (8AM-3PM Mon-Fri). $18.50 hourly with full benefits.
If you are interested in working 40 hours per week we also now offer additional work opportunities as an In-Home Caregiver/IHS Professional in various locations and schedules around the Twin Cities. Pay is $20 hourly and requires your own vehicle and clean driving record.
Serve as a One-on-One Caregiver in the Clients Home or Out in the Community:
- Little Canada: 20 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9:00-2:00.
- Saint Paul: 4-6 hours per week over two weekdays during the day. Skilled in de-escalation and managing behaviors preferred.
- Edina: 6 hours per week Mon & Fri. Previous experience working with individuals with physical disability preferred.
- Brooklyn Park: 4 hours per week (3:30-5:30 two days per week).
- Rosemount: 6 hours per week (2:00-5:00pm on Mon & Thurs).
Work 33 hours weekly as a DSP in our Day Program and supplement your hours as an IHS Professional working one-on-one with clients in the community.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
