As we advance we are looking for a Risk & Internal Controls Manager to facilitate automation refine key control metrics and engage closely with IT Finance and various teams.
What youll be doing
As a Risk & Internal Controls Manager you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and automating our control environment. You will be responsible for:
- identifying automation potential assessing current processes pinpointing areas for automation and implementing initiatives to reduce manual effort.
- automating internal controls working with colleagues in IT and Finance to implement scalable solutions.
- project involvement be involved in cross-functional projects to ensure risk management and control automation remain top priorities.
- stakeholder engagement building effective relationships with IT Finance Operations and other key functions to align on objectives and advance the automation agenda.
- continuous improvement keeping up with industry best practices regulatory requirements and technological advancements to refine our internal control framework.
What were looking for
- Practical experience in internal controls process design/automation IT or audit in a technology-driven environment
- Thourough understanding of process automation control frameworks and KPI measurement
- Proficient stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate across functions
- Experience working with ERP roll-outs or other digital transformation projects
- A skilled perspective with problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Skill in advancing projects and addressing obstacles in an evolving setting.
