About the Job:
We are seeking a strategic leader with a strong background in IT service delivery cyber security and compliance to join our team as the Assistant Director of IT Delivery. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between current and new technologies ensuring supportability and compatibility. You will be responsible for setting and implementing the strategy and operational delivery of the Councils technology platforms ensuring high standards of accessibility availability usability and service excellence.
Responsibilities:
About You
You are a visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic IT services at scale. With a degree or equivalent experience and relevant professional certifications you bring a deep understanding of technology service management cyber security compliance and user experience design. You have successfully led cross-functional teams and influenced senior stakeholders to align technology delivery with organisational goals.
You possess a full range of strategic management and leadership skills and youre adept at navigating complex environments. Your ability to communicate the impact of emerging technologies and practices is matched by your commitment to fostering a culture of innovation learning and continuous improvement.
You are confident in setting and implementing strategies that enhance service delivery data governance and stakeholder engagement. Your leadership inspires trust drives performance and ensures that technology services are accessible secure and aligned with the needs of residents businesses and internal users.
