We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our
Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for
our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our
Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for
our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.
Your Tasks
- Drive planning budgeting and forecasting for Media Sales & Partnerships and smaller units including scenario analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify key revenue cost and profitability drivers
- Develop and manage KPIs to support efficiency and growth
- Deliver timely insightful financial reports and dashboards (e.g. Tableau Power BI) for senior management
- Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to assess initiatives and cost strategies
- Advise business leaders on financial impacts to ensure strategic alignment
- Oversee month-end close ensuring accuracy and compliance with controls and standards
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus)
- 57 years of experience in Business Controlling including planning forecasting and business case development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights
- Skilled in financial modeling budgeting and scenario analysis
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills for non-financial audiences
- Proactive detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
