ABOUT THE ROLEAre you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for exceptional service and operational efficiency In this administrative role within our clients personal lines division your daily contributionswhether coordinating schedules managing client documentation or supporting account servicehave an impact that extends far beyond the office.
You will join a dynamic and client-focused Personal Lines Customer Service team supporting both administrative functions and customer service operations. Your strong communication skills accuracy and dedication will help maintain the smooth operation of the department and ensure outstanding client experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a valued team member you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing personal lines clients.
Manage routine policy service tasks including policy changes renewals and cancellations.
Prepare client-facing documentation such as invoices pink slips renewal packages letters and insurance binders.
Quote write and upload new business in compliance with company underwriting guidelines.
Organize and administer the client renewal process ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support internal team meetings conferences and special project initiatives.
Conduct research to support strategic decision-making for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Post-secondary education in business logistics or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an insurance brokerage with a focus on personal lines.
RIBO license is required.
Proficiency with EPIC and Compu-Quote systems is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Industry designations such as CAIB CIP or CRM are considered strong assets.
