Job Title: Production Welders
Location: Germantown WI
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire or Direct-Hire
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $22-$28/Hour

What Youll Do:
Perform MIG/TIG welding and fabrication of aluminum products based on detailed specifications.
Inspect and test welds to ensure the highest quality and integrity.
Read and interpret blueprints plans and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years welding experienceyou know your way around MIG and TIG.
CWI Certification is a plus but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
An eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
