Job Description

As an AI Solutions Developer you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform and Teams. Your role will focus on building intelligent bots integrating knowledge sources and implementing advanced AI search features to support a seamless mortgage process for clients nationwide.

• Design develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform
  
• Create and manage intelligent conversational flows and adaptive card interfaces within Microsoft Teams
  
• Integrate external documentation (PDF SharePoint web content) into searchable and structured knowledge bases
  
• Work with REST APIs and SQL Server to extract transform and model data to support business needs
  
• Ensure robust authentication role-based access control and data privacy standards using Azure Active Directory
  
• Leverage Copilot APIs and Azure Cognitive Search to implement intelligent search and AI classification features
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fabric-based data engineering solutions and Power BI dashboards
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of experience in software or AI development
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform and Microsoft Teams App Studio
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server REST APIs and data modeling best practices
  
• Proven ability to work with structured and unstructured data integrating content into AI-ready platforms
  
• Experience designing user-friendly adaptive card interfaces and interactive bot conversations
  
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and secure authentication methodologies including Azure Active Directory
  
• Working knowledge of Copilot APIs Azure Cognitive Search and/or document classification tools
  
• Background in Power BI and/or fabric-based data engineering solutions is a plus
