Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quarterly and monthly sales plans that align with the companys annual goals.
- Drive the growth of the companys proprietary brand in major North American department stores boutique channels lifestyle shops and showrooms ensuring effective negotiations distribution product placement sales management and accounts receivable collection specifically for mens suits and shirts.
- Identify and manage ODM project opportunities overseeing the entire sales process and contract execution for tailored clothing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify potential clients conduct follow-up visits analyze sales data and provide tailored solutions focused on mens suits and shirts.
- Monitor and analyze competitive dynamics in the U.S. market delivering regular market analysis and forecasting reports relevant to the mens apparel sector.
- Gather customer feedback and requirements communicating them to internal teams to facilitate product improvements that meet market demands for mens suits and shirts.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B sales experience in the U.S. boutique mens apparel market with a proven track record of successfully developing sales channels in department stores boutiques lifestyle shops and showrooms specifically for mens suits and shirts.
- Strong knowledge of mens apparel design production and delivery processes particularly related to suits and shirts with a solid understanding of cost control.
- Prior experience providing ODM services to well-known U.S. mens apparel brands especially in suits and shirts is a strong plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management with a deep understanding of the supply chain purchasing pricing and payment processes of leading North American retailers concerning mens suits and shirts.
- Excellent market insight and strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources.
