Reports To: Office Operations Leader
Classification: Non-Exempt
Office Administration Summer Internship: Approximately 3-month part-time (20 hours per week) summer internship focused on supporting the operation of the Seattle office including a variety of misc. projects associated with administering the office. Will work with office leaders and office administrator.
Essential Functions:
Assist in a variety of office administration tasks including answering phones reconciling expenses and scheduling events
Assist in misc. projects associated with supporting projects and marketing.
Assist in organizing the physical office space as needed.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Each office provides collaborative work areas and shared resources such as video conferencing printing/scanning and a caf for dining. Building construction sites may include varying temperatures wind dust and noise levels and may include hazardous and dirty conditions.
Physical Demands
Hand/Wrist/Finger dexterity for 8 hours a day 40 hours a week
Ability to lift a set of construction documents
Ability to sit for long periods of time
