Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Manager Incentive Compensation Operations to lead the administration of incentive compensation (IC) programs for all field-facing teams. This role is responsible for the operational execution of IC processes including roster and alignment management as well as targeting administration. This role will serve as the primary liaison with an external vendor overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination and execution of IC administration activities.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliverables while supporting strategic field deployment and overall commercial effectiveness. High consideration is given to those who can work onsite presence two days per week at our Waltham MA location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of IC programs including data processing validation and payout administration for all field-facing teams.
  • Partner with external IC vendor to ensure accurate implementation of approved IC plans.
  • Manage field roster and alignment processes ensuring timely updates to personnel data territory assignments and reporting hierarchies.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on streamlining Incentive Compensation (IC) administration and optimizing roster management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows with HR Sales Leadership and IT to maintain IC eligibility and data integrity.
  • Working with our external vendor execute alignment updates and maintain system accuracy to support effective field deployment and compensation accuracy.
  • Lead targeting administration in collaboration with Sales Commercial Analytics and Marketing ensuring alignment with segmentation strategies and business priorities.
  • Maintain and update target lists and call plans to support product launches field expansions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in business Analytics Marketing Data Science or other related fields is preferred
  • 5-10 years of related work experience
  • Direct pharmaceutical manufacturer and/or pharmaceutical consultant/vendor experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of IC administration field operations and data governance.
  • 5 years in performing business analyses aligned to Field Deployment Size and Structure Targeting Alignment call plan development with supporting skills/experience in the commercial pharmaceutical/biotech/Rare disease business
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more field operations functional areas - sales force effectiveness Incentive Compensation sales performance reporting/analysis Veeva CRM
  • Experience with roster alignment and targeting tools (e.g. Veeva Align Salesforce or similar platforms).
  • Excellent project management communication planning documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate and execute across multiple project deliverables
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power Point


Additional Information :

The base salary pay range for this role is $130000-$175000 annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match short and long-term incentives medical dental vision STD/LTD and life insurance benefits in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
