Fully responsible of IRDA Training of Advisors & Licensing no of branch.
Responsible for Sales Training coordination within branch for common business goal drive.
Conducting new hire trainings inclusive of induction.
Educating on on-boarding procedures.
Introducing the concept of Insurance to the new hires.
Drawing a fine line between Insurance and other investments.
Grooming Life Advisors with flair of insurance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 -5 Years of experience
- Hands on experience in Banking or Insurance products training
- Good Communication
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Graduate in any discipline At least 5 - 6 years in sales and 4 - 5 years in conducting sales training At least 12 months experience as Sales Development Manager. Competence in knowledge about products, processes etc. and training skills To handle AP, Telengana and Karnataka
