Job Description

You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager at Monitor Deloitte Customer Strategy (Financial Services):

  • a relevant Masters degree with excellent academic and pre-university results;
  • at least 7 years of work experience in strategy consulting for clients in Financial Services industry or corporate strategy role in the Financial Services industry with experience in leading and delivering strategy innovation and transformation projects;
  • extensive knowledge and expertise of the financial services industry including a deep understanding of how the business operates its products and related services strong analytical and systematic problem solving skills interpersonal excellence as well as demonstrated leadership;
  • an excellent command of written and spoken English (and preferably Dutch).


Additional Information :

You will assist our clients in the Financial Services industry by guiding them in making critical strategic decisions and enable them to implement the essential transformations needed to thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
