What Youll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for security positions including security officers supervisors field managers and administrative support roles
- Partner with operations and HR teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Actively source candidates through job boards social media referrals and local outreach
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent across multiple shifts and regions
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards background checks licensing and onboarding procedures
- Promote a strong employer brand in the security market through strategic outreach and professional representation
What You Bring:- 3 years of recruitment experience ideally in the security staffing or operations-based industries
- Proven ability to fill high-volume time-sensitive roles
- Experience with ATS systems and candidate screening best practices
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- A sense of urgency attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A passion for connecting people with purpose-driven work
