Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process governance and change coordination Inetum is looking for a Senior Change Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape.
Your Mission:
As a Change Manager you will:
- Lead the Change Management process from request evaluation to final approval in alignment with CA-GIP standards
- Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes on production services users and processes
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables for each change
- Coordinate CAB and E-CAB meetings acting as a mediator when needed
- Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment
- Monitor post-deployment success and conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
Qualifications :
Your Skills:
- Strong experience in Change Management and ITIL-based processes
- Solid understanding of IT systems and ability to interpret technical language
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to read/debug Java 8 code (a plus)
- Fluent in French (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
Working Hours:
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Availability during lunch hours for urgent changes (flexible lunch schedule)
