Job Description
Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for IT support and functional analysis Inetum is looking for a Francophone Functional Assistant with strong L1/L2 support experience to join our team and be the driving force in user and business interactions
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who can:
- Communicate fluently in French (C1) and comfortably in English (B2)
- Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication
- Handle incident request and problem management in line with ITIL standards
- Perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging
- Provide L1/L2 application support with strong knowledge of production support processes
- Read and debug Java 8 code (nice to have)
