As a Sr. Sales Account Manager you work with advertisers and agencies and you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive incremental revenue and exceed revenue targets growing advertisers investment on Amazon. Advertisers objectives may not be always defined as a Sr. Sales Account Manager you are able to consult the client to define their goal and work backwards to develop the right advertising strategy to achieve it. When consulting advertisers and proposing strategic and personalized recommendations you use complex data driven insights which will enrich advertisers understanding of their campaigns objectives or even business. This role is highly collaborative working with Creative Senior Sales Product and Retail partners and will drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration. The Senior Account Managers strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.
As a Sales Account Manager you are passionate about identifying solutions to complex business problems. You are result oriented and you possess strong sales skills and like to work against revenue objectives. You possess analytical skills and are able to develop data driven recommendation. You work to maximize campaign performance and drive campaign renewal and incremental revenue opportunities. This is a client-facing role that will require you to have strong presentation and sales skills in order to challenge and teach new perspective to our advertisers while driving incremental revenue.

- work cross-functionally with Senior Sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
- Experience in digital advertising product marketing consulting business development and/or other customer facing roles
- Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities
- Experience in analyzing data create new insights and compelling narratives to pitch to clients
- Sales experience in the advertising industry
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
- Advanced level of English and Italian
- Masters degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
